Happy Valentine's!

We're a little late in posting the pics, but we did Valentine's Day a little early since Grandma was here. It was nearly a second Christmas for Blake with all the goodies she got, and we avoided candy for the most part - good for Mom. Here's a pic of Blake's stash.
We had everything set out so that Blake would see it as soon as she came out of her room in the morning - hence the wonderfully styled hair ;)
We should have gotten a video of her playing with this ball and paddle - it was HILARIOUS!!! Of course, she did nearly whack Grandma a few times...oops!

Blake got some Valentine jammies for her Dolly and she really liked the frog slippers that we got her. What a goof?!
We absolutely LOVED Eskimo Joe's Valentine's shirt this year, so Blake got one of those too. Here she is showing off her cute Valentine outfit, new red Crocs and all!

In other Blake news, Lauren asked Blake for a kiss the other day and Blake quite cheerily said, "No, kiss my bottom!" She even turned around (as if to make it easier for Lauren) and pointed. Who knows where the heck she got that one. Blake still seems to be hitting the terrible twos pretty hard. We're constantly working on asking nicely (not yelling), LISTENING to Mom the first time (not seeing a lot of progress on this one) and controlling our temper. She likes to hit things when she gets mad, frustrated, embarrassed, etc. - blaming that one on Bob for now ;) She also has the nastiest looking "mean" face that we're trying to keep to a minimum. On the bright side, she is extremely proud of her baby brother. Everytime Lauren takes the kids out, Blake makes sure that everyone who looks at Wyatt knows that he's "my brother" and he's "so soft and cute". She is a big help around the house throwing his dirty diapers away and getting things for Mom, too. Hope everyone had a good Valentine's Day!
