Mobile Pics

It's been quite a while since we posted last, and we really haven't taken too many pictures. I know...SURPRISING! Lauren did have a few pictures that she took on her phone that we thought we'd share. ENJOY!

Lauren and two of her friends, Jess & Tiff, decided to participate in the Women's Run this year in Billings. Well...Jess actually decided to do the two mile run, and she pressured Tiff & Lauren into tagging along ;) It was actually tons of fun! OK, the running part wasn't TONS of fun, but it was so great to get to hang out and spend the day with two good friends from college. And, we've all decided that we're going to try to do it every year. Here's the three finishers after the race.

Lauren has been working part time, and she was taking Blake into the office with her there for a while. The poor kiddo didn't really like to nap in the office, but she'd usually get over-tired and crash on the edge of the couch. Here's our tuckered out little girly.

And, here she is again.

Blake recently went to hang out with Suzi, Claire and Gracie while Lauren was at work. Here's Gracie & Blake enjoying some donuts on the couch.

They were quite the gang! Blake absolutely loves driving cars :)

Blake also loves to do things by herself. Here's a picture of her feet after she put her own shoes on...notice she has two right feet :)

Blake also found a car to drive at Jonathan & Jennifer's house. Bob played in a softball tournament with them, so we hung out over a weekend recently. Blake kept calling their daughter Emma, Elmo. It was hilarious! She still says Elmo instead of Emma...what a weirdo!

Here's a picture of our four-legged girlies anxiously waiting for Daddy to walk in the door.

And here's our precious little girly napping with her Teddy and Daddy

Finally, we have discovered a new day care for Blake...

...HA HA HA...just kidding. She thinks it's so cool to climb in and out of the dog kennels.

Well, we sure hope all is well with everyone. HAPPY SUMMER!!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, GRANDMA!!!

To Mom/Grandma:

We love you SO much and truly appreciate all that you do for us. I am so lucky to have a mom that is so helpful and shows such concern for keeping things consistent with Blake. Even though it may be a little easier if we lived closer, I know Blake will still grow up with a close bond to you. THANKS for all that you do and especially all that you've done to make me the person that I am today. WE LOVE YOU and hope you enjoy your Mother's Day video below:

Also, we hope you get to enjoy some quiet relaxation at your convenience :) LOVE YOU!!!

My Mother's Day

What a nice hubby I have!!! He brought me some roses and a fountain Dr. Pepper this morning. Now that's true love :) I also got three Mother's Day cards - 1 from the dogs, 1 from Blake & 1 from Bob. I just loved them so much I had to share. Here's the card from the dogs:

A Mother's Day Poem from the Dog:

You feed me when I'm hungry,
You keep water in my dish,
You let me sleep on anything,
Or in any place I wish.

You sometimes let me lick your hands,
or even lick you face,
Despite the fact I've licked myself
In every private place.

You taught me how to come when called,
You taught me how to sit,
You always let me go outside,
So I can take a (word beginning with 's' scratched out here) stroll.

You'll always have my loyalty,
up to the bitter end,
'cause after all, it's plain to see...

You're a dog's best friend!

Awww...I love it soooo much...just way too cute :)

Here's Blake's card to me:

It's Mother's Day, Mom - forget about the cooking, forget about the cleaning, forget about the laundry...Just pretend you're Dad!

And finally, here's Bob's card:

Happy Mother's Day, Dear. I hope you know that all of your hard work has not gone unnoticed.

I've been watching you from the couch during commercials.

What kind words from my loved ones ;) HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THOSE WONDERFUL WOMEN OUT THERE!!!

Names & Sounds

It has been quite a while since we last posted a video. It's not that we haven't wanted to...it has more to do with Lauren putting the video camera "somewhere where she'll rember it". Yeah, one of those things :) Anyway, lucky for you Lauren found the video camera the other day, so she took the opportunity to get a little video made...due mainly to requests from Grandma & Grampy.

Blake loves pointing at things and telling us what they are, so we go through the pictures on the refridgerator a lot. Blake is pretty good at getting most of the names right. Sorry, Katie...she often says, "Mommy" when I point to a picture of your and Chris' wedding. For those of you who don't know her, the first picture is Kinley. Blake says something that sounds closer to "key", but you get the idea. The video is a little lengthy (close to 4 minutes), but we were trying to get as many new words in for Grandma & Grampy as possible ;)

Hope you enjoyed the video...and hope all is well with you and your fam!
